At Wee-Cig we stand behind our product with a 1-year warranty part replacement program.

This program allows our customers to easily and quickly get the part they need.

In order to be eligible for the 1-year replacement program we ask that you register your Wee-C Vaporizer at www.weecig.net within 7 days of your purchase.

1 year replacement program

• Keep your receipt if you purchased your Wee-C from one of our authorized dealers.
• $15 per part to cover handling and processing fees + shipping
• Our replacement program includes the Wee-C ceramic heating chamber, Wee-C lithium battery, and charger

You are able to pay for your replacement part by check, debit or credit.

In order to begin a replacement simply email us at [email protected] and you will be contacted within 2 business days by one of our staff members who will walk you through the replacement process.

Please allow for 7 - 10 days for processing of your replacement.
